What We Assess
When recruiting teachers, assessors and learning support specialists, we focus on impact, not just qualifications.
We look for:
- Proven success in delivering high-quality, learner-centred teaching or assessment
- Experience supporting a diverse range of learners, including SEND and high-needs
- Strong curriculum planning and assessment for learning (AFL) skills
- Ability to meet and exceed achievement, retention and satisfaction targets
- Sector-recognised qualifications (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, TAQA, CAVA, A1)
- A genuine commitment to safeguarding and learner welfare
